“He existed before anything else,

God existed before anything else. When God chose to create, He committed to making sure His creation remained intact.
What holds the earth in space? What keeps the moon in our sky and the sun from crashing into the earth?
The answer is not what, but Whom?
The answer is Jesus.
“Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,
For through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see – such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together.”
Colossians 1:15-17 (NLT)
Life, at times, can feel as if it’s falling apart. We can feel as if we’re falling apart.
Nope. It’s not. We’re not. He’s holding us together.
Today we need not worry if the earth will keep spinning, if the sun will set, or if the moon will make its nightly appearance. And no need to worry about our lives.
No matter what happens, we can be assured He is holding us together.
